Why do we work? Important Video Shiur - Must see!
There is the most amazing video shiur that I am posting below. It will put your whole attitude towards how and why you work into perspective. It is truly eye opening and I highly recommend it! Please watch and be misbonein!
Just watched it and its really good! You're right it puts work into its proper perspective and also elevates it to be part of our growth and development.
I particularly liked how he focused on the necessity of finding the kind of work that we were created for and have special talents and inclinations for - regardless of how prestigious it is considered or if it might not be lucrative enough.
I also loved that Yakov's hard work was considered a higher merit then his zechus avos (parental merits).

Thanks for posting this great shier!
It would probably be especially good for watching on lunch break at work!
We do spend the majority of our time working so it's a must to get our minds straight on that topic visa vis Emunah.
