Aish.com has an article called "My Son's Different Path,"written by a wife and mother in a mixed marriage who has two sons who are both Baalei Teshuva. My Dad forwarded me the article and it's quite apropos that he did, because there is a lot of similarity between the positive relationship between the parents and children, through the teshuva process, in the story and my own history and relationship with my family. I highly recommend it!
