Any word on the languages he'll be using (Yiddish, Hebrew, English)?
Hebrew only. Do you think you may be at one of the drashos?
I live in Boro Park, so I guess I'll attend one or both of the Brooklyn ones. You coming? ; )
I don't see why he's not speaking in the five towns; people love him there..
I am really looking foward to hearing the Rav Bilvavi speak. His Hebrew is very simple and will definitely get me in the right direction for Rosh Hashanah. I really think it is "meod k'dai" to sign up for the one day seminar in Woodmere- even tho it costs $200 I know that all proceeds will go towards printing more copies of his seforim for free distribution.
Does anyone know if the Toronto shiurim will be in English or Hebrew?
All shiurim will be in Hebrew. They may have arranged simultaneous translation in Toronto, but I'm not sure.
