Rabbi Reuven Boshnack was kind enough to share a shiur that he gave at a Melaveh Malka to a Sephardi chevra in Flatbush. It is on the topic of what our avodah is during this time of Shovavim. I think what he says in this shiur is really fundamental to understanding Teshuva and how we should approach those things which make teshuva seem either difficult or impossible.
